About Me

Victoria grew up in NYC and graduated from Columbia University in 2000 with her Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She moved to California to pursue a year-long residency in advanced manual therapy and orthopedics and obtained Fellowship status in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). This certification recognizes therapists with advanced clinical proficiency in Physical Therapy and is highly regarded in the profession.

Since then, Victoria has successfully integrated her manual therapy skills with muscle re-education and balance through various forms of exercise including Crossfit, Pilates and Yoga. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Health/Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and a Certified Pilates Instructor through Pilates Method Alliance.

Victoria is a competitive adventure racer (adventure racing includes kayaking, mountain biking, trail running/climbing and map skills/navigation) and a formerly competitive muay thai kickboxer. On any given weekend, she can be found racing with her team or volunteering with the NorCal high school mountain bike league. She is friendly, focused and easy to work with. She brings her passion for healing to every treatment to assist you in getting back into your event, improving your training or enhancing your quality of life.

Here’s a look at her use of TRX techniques for physical therapy:
